Rob Haisch is a Partner with A&M Capital and leads AMCP’s healthcare / HCIT investing practice. Since 2001, Mr. Haisch has led or co-led the execution of numerous middle-market transactions across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, corporate carve-outs, family / founder capital solutions, buy and builds, leveraged recapitalizations and growth equity investments. Mr. Haisch’s primary areas of industry focus have included healthcare services, HCIT and tech-enabled business services.
From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Haisch was a Principal with Charterhouse Equity Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on leveraged buyout investments in the middle-market. Prior to joining Charterhouse, Mr. Haisch was a Senior Associate at North Castle Partners from 2004 to 2008., Mr. Haisch began his career in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group of J.P. Morgan Securities.
Mr. Haisch is currently a board of director member of SAMGI, Turnbridge, United Musculoskeletal Partners, Med-Metrix, Cardio Management (d/b/a Nevada Heart & Vascular) and Talus Payments as well as a former board of director member of PatientCare EMS and Organix Recycling.
Mr. Haisch is a member of YPO Metro and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
