Mike Odrich is a Managing Partner and Founder of A&M Capital. Previously, Mr. Odrich was a Managing Director and the Head of the Private Equity business of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. He built, managed and controlled investment oversight of an alternative investment business with 38 different investment strategies and six asset classes, which invested in excess of $20 billion since 2000.
Mr. Odrich served as the senior private equity member of the Lehman Brothers Investment Committee and screening committees for the six asset classes of private equity. He is a former director of RTI Biologics, Inc. and Firth Rixon Ltd. He is a trustee of the Brunswick school.
He was formerly a director of Gabriel Brothers, Inc., PureStar Linen Group, Centerra Services, LLC and is currently a director of ettain group, GS Foods Group, WHC Energy Services, LLC, CNSI, PatientCare EMS Solutions, Talus Payments and Pritchard Brady Holdings.
Mr. Odrich holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Jack McCarthy is a Managing Partner and Founder of A&M Capital. Previously, Jack was a Managing Director and National Practice Leader of Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Advisory Group, which serves both private equity sponsors and certain strategic investors. From 2008-2010 Mr. McCarthy served on assignment as Head of Principal Investments & Private Equity for Lehman Brothers Holdings with overall responsibility for the estate’s private equity partnerships, direct equity investments and stakes in third party private equity / hedge funds, in total amounting to nearly $20 billion in invested capital.
From 1996-2005, Mr. McCarthy was a Partner and member of the founding team and investment committee of BA Capital Partners Europe (BACPE), Bank of America’s European focused middle market private equity partnership. His primary responsibilities included originating, assessing, executing and managing mid-cap buyout and growth capital investments across the European marketplace. While with BACPE, he led deal teams on investments in Germany, Spain, Sweden, France, Hungary and the UK. Prior to joining BACPE, Mr. McCarthy was with BA Securities, Inc. (1993-1995) and Continental Bank (1991-1993), where he focused on corporate finance advisory and equity/debt capital raising mandates.
He was formerly a director of PureStar Linen Group and Centerra Services, LLC and a board member of ProAmpac and is currently a director of CNSI, GS Foods Group and Pritchard Industries.
Mr. McCarthy holds an MBA, with concentrations in finance and international business, from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a BA in finance and accounting from Central Michigan University.
Before joining A&M Capital, Mark was a Managing Director & Partner with H.I.G. Capital, a €35 billion global private equity fund. Mark headed H.I.G.’s LBO office in Chicago and was a founding member of H.I.G. Europe.
Prior to H.I.G., Mark was the COO of Brakes Group, Europe’s largest foodservice company, and CEO of Pauley’s Foods.
Previously, he was with Bain & Company’s private equity group in San Francisco and London. Mark began his career with the Smurfit Kappa Group in Dublin, Ireland.
Mark is currently a director of Bollé Brands and La Patria.
Mark is an Irish national and holds an MBA Degree from Harvard University and received a BSc (Hons.) and an MA from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

Paul S. Lattanzio is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of AMCO. Mr. Lattanzio has over 30 years of industry experience and more than 25 years of middle-market private equity experience. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lattanzio has founded, built and managed several affiliated middle-market private equity investment vehicles. During that time he has completed over 40 investments representing more than $700 million dollars of invested capital.
Prior to helping establish AMCO, from April 2010 through January 2015, Mr. Lattanzio was President of Star Avenue Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Star Avenue is a joint venture between Creative Artist Agency and Irving Place Capital focused on making growth equity investments in branded consumer and retail businesses. While Mr. Lattanzio is no longer involved with the management of Star Avenue Capital, he remains on the Board of Maximum Human Performance and IT’SUGAR, two of its portfolio companies. From 2003 through 2009, Mr. Lattanzio founded, built and managed Bear Growth Capital Partners (“BGCP”), an affiliate of Bear Stearns. BGCP managed approximately $375 million of proprietary firm capital across two platforms, primarily focused on investments in middle-market growth equity transactions across a variety of consumer, services, industrial and healthcare sectors.
Mr. Lattanzio started his career and spent 13 years at Bankers Trust. The early years were focused on various investment banking disciplines including Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Restructuring Advisory. The later and majority of the years at Bankers Trust were spent as a senior partner in BT Investment Partners, an affiliated middle-market private equity effort.

Shepard (“Colie”) Spink Jr. is a Managing Partner and Co-Head of A&M Capital Europe. He has over 17 years of experience in European private equity deal sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio company value creation.
Prior to joining AMCE, Mr. Spink was with Alvarez & Marsal (“A&M”) Europe since 2005 and led the firm’s European private equity advisory business for over a decade. In 2009, Mr. Spink launched A&M’s Private Equity Services (“PES”) business in Europe – a new, dedicated unit providing private equity investors with transaction support, operational improvement and interim management services. Under Mr. Spink’s leadership, PES has become one of the fastest growing and most profitable business within A&M Europe. Mr. Spink has led over 40 different transactions or performance improvement cases for private equity investors across Europe. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Spink served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer of Galvex (an A&M client), Europe’s largest independent steel galvanizing business which had been acquired by Silverpoint Capital Partners. Mr. Spink and the A&M team led a comprehensive operational and financial restructuring of the business, creating more than €20 million incremental EBITDA, and helped Silverpoint successfully sell the company to ArcelorMittal.
From 2000 until 2005, Mr. Spink worked with BA Capital Partners Europe, the private equity arm of Bank of America, initially as founding CEO of one of their portfolio companies, and subsequently as an operating and origination partner for the fund. Mr. Spink moved to London from Prague in 1995 to join Bank of America, where he served as Managing Director and head of Investment Banking for European Emerging Markets. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Spink served in various management positions with Macy’s in New York, as well as in various entrepreneurial engagements in Central & Eastern Europe.
Mr. Spink earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Spink is a U.S. citizen and has resided in the UK for over 22 years. Mr. Spink serves as a Trustee of the Cartoon Museum, and as founding co-Chair of merit based Jefferson Scholarship program (UK region) for the University of Virginia.
Drew A. Baird is a Partner and Co-Founder of AMCO. Mr. Baird has over 15 years of industry experience and more than 11 years of experience in making middle-market growth equity investments in partnership with entrepreneurs across the healthcare, consumer, retail, business services and industrial sectors. While serving as an active member of several boards, Mr. Baird has worked closely with many management teams on budgeting, performance improvement, recruitment, integration and expansion efforts. Over his career Mr. Baird has worked on 13 transactions that have accounted for approximately $250 million of invested capital.
Prior to helping establish AMCO, Mr. Baird was a Principal of Star Avenue Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Star Avenue is a joint venture between Creative Artist Agency and Irving Place Capital focused on making growth equity investments in branded consumer and retail businesses. Previously, Mr. Baird served as a Senior Associate of BGCP, an affiliate of Bear Stearns. Mr. Baird formerly served as a Director of Surgical Alliance, LLC and is currently a Director of Maximum Human Performance, LLC and an Official Observer to the Board of Directors of IT’SUGAR, LLC.
Mr. Baird holds an MBA, with concentrations in Finance and Decision Sciences, from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management and a BS in International Business and Finance from The Pennsylvania State University where he was a member of the Schreyer Honors College.
Tom Clayton is a Partner of A&M Capital focusing on the healthcare industry. Mr. Clayton brings more than 20 years of private equity experience investing in healthcare companies. Other areas of industry focus have included media, telecom, energy services and energy technology.
Mr. Clayton’s investment experience spans the entire healthcare industry including services, clinical products, outsourcing, distribution and information technology. He has experience investing across the capital structure and in various transaction types including buyouts, growth capital, highly structured transactions, and venture capital. Areas of particular focus have included hospitals, post-acute care, management services organizations, DME, specialty distribution, medical devices, pharmaceutical manufacturer and service providers, and healthcare information technology.
Mr. Clayton started his career at Morgan Stanley’s Princes Gate Fund, a $1.6 billion private equity fund where he focused predominantly on minority investments and structured financings in the healthcare, energy, media and telecommunications sectors.
Mr. Clayton is currently a director of PatientCare EMS Solutions.
Mr. Clayton received a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Juris Doctorate from The Yale Law School.
Sean Epps has over 25 years of private equity experience working with growth oriented middle market companies. Throughout his career, Sean has focused on making investments in a number of industrial and business services sectors including specialty distribution, industrial services and niche manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining AMCO, Sean was a partner at Snow Phipps, where he worked from 2005 through 2017 and was a principal with J.P. Morgan Partners from 1999 to 2005. Earlier in his career, Sean was an associate with Paribas Principal Partners and an analyst with Chase Manhattan’s Merchant Banking Group. He has served on the boards of directors of over a dozen companies over the course of his career, including Electric Guard Dog, Kele, Service Champ, ArrMaz Custom Chemicals, Chromalox, Brand Scaffolding and Stauber Performance Ingredients, and currently serves on the board of directors of Flow Control Group.
In 1991, Sean graduated cum laude with a BA from Hamilton College with honors in economics and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in 1997.
Robert Haisch is a Partner with A&M Capital. Since 2001, Mr. Haisch has led or co-led the execution of numerous middle-market transactions across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, corporate carve-outs, family / founder capital solutions, buy and builds, leveraged recapitalizations and growth equity investments. His primary areas of industry focus have included business services, environmental services, transportation and logistics, healthcare services and consumer products / services.
From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Haisch was a Principal with Charterhouse Equity Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on leveraged buyout investments in the middle-market. Prior to joining Charterhouse, Mr. Haisch was a Senior Associate at North Castle Partners from 2004 to 2008, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution and monitoring of leveraged buyout transactions across a variety of industries. He began his career in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Investment Banking group of J.P. Morgan Securities.
Mr. Haisch is currently a director of Organix Recycling, PatientCare EMS Solutions and Talus Payments.

George K. Kollitides is a Partner of AMCO. Mr. Kollitides has 23 years of transaction, strategy and operations experience investing in private, structured equity and debt of middle-market companies experiencing growth, ownership changes, consolidation, or other catalysts requiring capital and sophisticated partners in the government and business services, consumer and retail, telecom and media, and industrial and aerospace sectors. An experienced executive, he has served as Chairman, Lead Director or Director on public, private and non-profit boards, including as a member or Chairman of Compensation and Audit Committees.
Prior to joining AMCO, Mr. Kollitides was the Founder and Managing Principal of Aegis Capital Advisors, a merchant bank that invests in and advises middle market companies experiencing rapid growth, market or operational dynamics, consolidation or ownership changes. Previously, Mr. Kollitides was Chairman and CEO of the Remington Outdoor Company, a platform developed by acquiring over twenty companies going through founder or organizational transitions and rapid growth. Prior to Remington, Mr. Kollitides was a Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management, one of the world’s largest investment managers, where he focused on investing in private, structured equity and debt of middle-market companies experiencing growth, ownership changes, consolidation, or operational dynamics.
Mr. Kollitides joined Cerberus from TenX Capital Management, a merchant bank he co-founded that invested in middle-market companies undergoing ownership transitions, operational challenges or other catalysts. Prior to co-founding TenX, he was a Principal at Catterton Partners, a large consumer and retail-focused private equity fund, where he invested in growth equity, recapitalizations, and acquisitions. Mr. Kollitides started his career at GE, where he helped to form GE Equity. Mr. Kollitides was a Six Sigma trained Analyst and Associate in GE’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring groups where he worked on the origination of middle-market leveraged loans and the restructuring of seven leveraged buyouts.
Mr. Kollitides is currently Director of Intelligent Decisions, a leading IT Solutions provider to the civilian, defense and intelligence communities, a Director of Tier1 Group, a leading provider of training to the law enforcement, defense and intelligence communities, and a Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of adMarketplace, the largest search advertiser behind Google, and YahooBing.
Mr. Kollitides holds an MBA in Finance and Management of Organizations from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics with a Minor in Government and Law from Lafayette College.
Ryan McCarthy is a Partner of A&M Capital. He has spent the last 22 years helping middle-market companies navigate various forms of growth, transition or inflection, including as an owner, investor, operator and management consultant. As an investor, Mr. McCarthy has led numerous transaction structures including family / founder capital solutions, corporate carveouts, buy and builds, middle market buy-outs, special situations, structured solutions and debt investments. He enjoys helping companies undergoing a transformation (from growth to turnaround), by partnering with management teams and bringing the tools of A&M to achieve their long-term goals and potential.
Previously, he was a Co-founder and Senior Portfolio Manager of Highview Capital. He led, built and managed all facets of the firm’s investment activities including strategy, investment criteria, team build out, sourcing, investment committee processes, deal execution and structuring, board creation, key transformational portfolio initiatives and strategic plan development. Highview Capital is a $500M middle market fund based in Los Angeles that takes a long-term view on companies undergoing a transformation. He previously led and served on the Boards of American Plastics, GS Foods, National Fire & Safety, and Firstlight Media.
Prior to co-founding Highview, Ryan spent nine years helping build Aurora Resurgence, Aurora Capital Group’s value-oriented private equity fund, as a Founding Member, Partner and Member of the Investment Committee. At Resurgence, Ryan executed buy-out, corporate carve-out and turnaround transactions in the U.S. and Europe across a variety of industries, including consumer, industrials, business services, transportation and logistics. He previously served on the Boards of SIRVA, ALLTUB, International Cookware (Pyrex), Lexington Precision and Tops Parking.
Ryan previously spent more than eight years with Alvarez & Marsal. Ryan was the first analyst ever hired at A&M in 1999, when the company was in its infancy, and eventually rose to the rank of Senior Director. As part of his advisory role at A&M, he served as a management consultant and as interim COO, CFO and Treasurer to over 10 companies.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University.
Alex Nivelle is a Partner with A&M Capital. Previously, Mr. Nivelle was an analyst at Warburg Pincus, a New York-based private equity fund, where he focused on investments in the business services, media and technology sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Nivelle worked for DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, also a New York-based private equity fund, where he focused on executing leveraged buyouts across a range of industries. He began his career as an analyst in the Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking group of Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Nivelle was formerly a director of Gabriel Brothers, Inc. and Centerra Services, LLC, and a board observer of ProAmpac and is currently a director of ettain group and CNSI.
Mr. Nivelle holds an AB in politics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining A&M Capital Europe, Joachim was a Senior Partner with BC Partners LLP, a €17 billion private equity fund which has completed 99 transactions with total enterprise value of €121 billion in Europe and North America. At BC Partners, Joachim was head of the Nordic region and co-head of TMT in Europe, co-led several investments, and served as Chairman and Director on numerous boards.
Prior to BC Partners, Joachim was part of the European team of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Morgan Stanley, evaluating growth and LBO investments across Europe. Previously, Mr. Ogland worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Oslo, advising clients in TMT and financial services on strategy and organizational improvements.

David Perskie is a Partner of A&M Capital. Since 1997, Mr. Perskie has led or co-led the execution of numerous middle-market transactions across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, public-to-private acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations and growth equity investments. His primary areas of industry focus have included business services, industrial manufacturing, consumer products and services, and energy services.
Prior to joining A&M Capital in 2011, Mr. Perskie was a Principal with PCG Capital Partners, a private equity firm with $1.0 billion of assets under management with a focus on late-stage growth equity investments in the middle-market. Before that, Mr. Perskie was a Vice President in the Consumer & Retail Group at Gryphon Investors from 2001 to 2007, where he was involved in the sourcing, evaluation, execution and monitoring of leveraged buyout transactions in a variety of industries within the consumer sector. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Perskie was an Associate at American Industrial Partners, where he evaluated leveraged buyout opportunities within the industrial manufacturing landscape. Mr. Perskie began his career at Interlaken Capital (now Atlas Holdings), where he executed growth equity and leveraged buyout investments across multiple industries.

Clayton S. Cole is a Principal of AMCO. Mr. Cole has over 10 years of industry experience and more than eight years of investing in lower middle-market private businesses. During Mr. Cole’s career in advisory, principal investing, and strategic support for portfolio companies, he has worked on transactions totaling over $1 billion of enterprise value. Mr. Cole has partnered with founders and management teams to collaborate on acquisitions, growth initiatives, balance sheet optimization, and financial planning across a range of industries, including: business and technology enable services, healthcare services, industrial, manufacturing, and consumer.
Prior to joining AMCO, Mr. Cole was a Principal that focused on control and minority investments in growth oriented businesses at General Catalyst Partners, an investment firm with over $3.8 billion in asset under management. While at General Catalyst, Mr. Cole served as a Director of CLEAResult Consulting, an energy efficiency services organization, and observer for Envoy Global, a global workforce management platform that provides immigration support services.
Before joining General Catalyst, Mr. Cole spent three years as an Associate at H.I.G. Capital, a $750 million middle-lower market-market private equity fund that specialized in levered majority recapitalizations. Mr. Cole started his career at Stephens Inc. as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group.

Adam Fuchs is a Principal of A&M Capital Partners. Nathan A. Myers is a Principal of AMCO. Mr. Myers has 18 years of investing, advisory, financing and operating experience, including 14 years experience working with growth-oriented middle-market companies across the healthcare industry. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with many management teams in pursuing their growth objectives in various roles and recently served as an executive in an operating company. He has worked on 13 growth equity transactions that have accounted for approximately $200 million of invested capital, advisory assignments accounting for approximately $5 billion in enterprise value, and equity and debt financings accounting for approximately $3 billion in capital raised.
Most recently, Mr. Myers served as a Managing Director of Medical Properties Trust, Inc., a publicly-traded healthcare REIT. In this role, he was part of the Acquisitions team, which focused on originating investment opportunities in general acute and specialty hospitals, and was recently involved in the $900 million buyout of a leading for-profit hospital operator. Previously, Mr. Myers served as Vice President of Strategic Payor Initiatives at DaVita HealthCare Partners, a Fortune 250 healthcare services company. Working on the managed care team, his primary responsibilities included strategy, business development, and contracting. Additionally, he was a member of the senior leadership team of the integrated care management division and responsible for leading the non-government programs.
Mr. Myers began his career at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co, an M&A boutique, and spent 13 years with successor firms (First Union, Wachovia, and Wells Fargo) ultimately serving as a Director in the M&A department. Barbara Gould is the General Counsel and CCO of A&M Capital. From 1993- 2016, she held a series of legal positions within GE Capital. Ms. Gould has 30+ years of corporate finance, private equity, and securities law experience.

Scott Richter is a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at A&M Capital. Since 1997, Mr. Richter has held senior private equity marketing positions and been responsible for all aspects of marketing private equity partnerships to institutional investors including public and corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, foundations & endowments, fund of funds, family offices and high net-worth individuals.
