Karen Sodke is the General Counsel of A&M Capital. Previously, Ms. Sodke worked for 25+ years at Kirkland & Ellis LLP where she began her legal career as an associate and became a Partner in the investment funds group. Karen has significant experience in all aspects of investment fund formation, as well as private equity, M&A and securities law.
She holds a BS in Computer Science from Northwestern University, and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
