Jared Wien is a Managing Partner of A&M Capital Secondaries. He joined A&M Capital in 2025. Previously, Jared was a Managing Director and head of the New York office of Sun Capital Partners where he spent 20 years leading direct buyout transactions in the industrials, distribution and services sectors. In addition, he spearheaded the firm’s secondaries initiative which included sourcing and executing investments into single and multi-asset continuation vehicles as part of a new fund strategy. Prior to Sun Capital, Jared began his career as a private equity analyst at Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners.
Jared holds a BSBA in finance, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
