Alex Nivelle is a Partner of A&M Capital. Mr. Nivelle has led the execution of numerous middle-market transactions across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, corporate carve-outs, family / founder capital solutions, buy and builds, leveraged recapitalizations and growth equity investments. His primary areas of industry focus include business and tech-enabled services, human capital management and government services.
Prior to joining A&M Capital in 2009, Mr. Nivelle was an investment professional with Warburg Pincus, a New York-based private equity fund, where he focused on investments in the business services, media and technology sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Nivelle worked for DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, also a New York-based private equity fund, where he focused on executing leveraged buyouts across a range of industries. He began his career in the Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking group of Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Nivelle was formerly a director of Gabriel Brothers, Inc., Centerra Services, LLC, ettain group and CNSI and a board observer of ProAmpac. He is a director of INSPYR Solutions, MPLT Healthcare, VTG and a board observer of Allied Universal.
Mr. Nivelle holds an AB in politics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
