Adam Fuchs is a Managing Director with A&M Capital. His primary areas of industry focus have included manufacturing, consumer products, specialty distribution and business services. Mr. Fuchs has experience investing across a variety of structures, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, growth equity investments and special situations.
Previously, Mr. Fuchs was a Vice President at KPS Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity fund with $13.5 billion of capital under management, making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to that, Mr. Fuchs worked for Huron Consulting where he focused on turnarounds in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Mr. Fuchs was formerly a director of Pritchard Brady Holdings, is currently a director of BrightPet Nutrition Group and PetWise, Inc., and is currently a board observer of GS Foods Group.
Mr. Fuchs holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
