A&M Capital Partners, is a separately capitalized entity with close association to Alvarez & Marsal’s turnaround and performance improvement advisory business (A&M) formed to invest in underperforming companies. Our goal is to invest in controlling interests in middle-market companies with identifiable opportunities for operational improvements, business turnarounds and / or financial recapitalizations. A&M Capital Partners leverages the broad resources and capabilities of A&M throughout the investment process. Our core focus combines the extensive experience of our team with A&M’s deep operating and functional expertise to improve the performance of our portfolio companies and create significant value.
